Fly casting is similar to swinging a golf club or pitching a baseball. The casting motion is built around a good grip and solid stance. Just like a golf swing or pitching, it requires good technique and rhythm.

A fly cast is all about bending the rod. Rod bending or loading is the process of flexing the rod.
The load on the rod is caused when the rod pulls the fly line through the air. A loaded rod stores energy used to propel the fly line at the end of a cast.

抛投时左手拉住线

改变线长度时，右手捏住线，左手拉出线或者收线
